Shipping Policy For India

– Order Handling Time: 1-2 days
– Transit Time: 4-5 days
– Delivery Time: 5-7 day

– Transit Time: 7-8 days
– Delivery Time: 8-10 day

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained .However return is possible for all orders/products.

OR

Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return  is possible for all orders/products.

7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, there are certain conditions under which returns will not be accepted:

– Color Difference:-Due to variations in screen resolution and lighting, there may be a 10-15% difference in color. Returns will not be accepted on this basis.
– Material or Color Preferences:-We use the highest quality materials, and all product details are clearly mentioned in the product description. Please review these details carefully before placing your order, as returns will not be accepted if you simply dislike the material or color.
– Change of Mind:-Returns will not be accepted if you change your mind after placing the order for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Customised products & Sale products & Jwellery products will not returned
Exchange Due to Size Issues
Please refer to the size chart on each product page before confirming your order. If you are unsure about your size, our team is happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit.

If you still experience size issues after receiving your order, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and details of the issue within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the availability of your size in the chosen design.

Please note:
– Size exchanges are subject to availability.
– Additional charges may apply for  re-dispatch & For reverse pick up you will have to arrange reverse pick up your self and you have to pay for reverse pick up for  exchange case. .
– No size exchanges will be facilitated for items on sale.

Exchange & Return Due to Damaged Products
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

– Please contact us on WhatsApp with the details of the issue, along with a video of the product unboxing and images, within 7 days of receiving your order.
– All returns are subject to verification. Once your return request is approved, For reverse pick up you will have to arrange reverse pick up your self and you have to pay for reverse pick up for return or exchange case.
-Refund will be initiated to original payment method in 7 business days.
